I had a friend who 's mom died. In a period of stress she wanted to cancel. They stuck this poor widow with a month of rent despite her grief and situation. Guaranteed you wont get any of my business nor my clients. Basically....You screwed up. Could have been a positive but now it is a huge negative. Business brilliance.
