Location is the best part, Apt are old and plywoods are crumbling. Lot of maintenance is required. Pests are there and pest control is always required thing.
I booked appointment for an apartment tour. After arriving there I met a young bald bearded guy. His last name is probably koheel. From the very beginning he didn’t seem interested in me. He was doubtful if I really had appointment. Also said if the appointment could be for their sister property ‘Resort at Jefferson Park’. After showing confirmation he made me sit and started scrolling his system for 8-10 minutes. I informed him that I have a flight to catch to back home in California. Prospective residents, beware of the terrible customer service. We are very disappointed with our experience trying to get leasing information from Resort at Jefferson Ridge. The front desk representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time we tried to ask a question, she seemed irritated and kept cutting us off to say "check the website." We only asked a couple of basic questions, but she completely lost patience and hung up on us—once on my husband and once on me. I called a third time simply to ask for her n... read more
Excellent staff. Special mention @ Coretta Benson . She has been wonderful in terms of helping with all the leasing work and deals to offer new residents.
Coretta was absolutely amazing throughout our move. She made the entire process so smooth and stress free, and it was clear she genuinely cared about us every step of the way. Whenever I had questions, and I had quite a few! She answered each one patiently and thoroughly, never making me feel rushed or like a bother.
