Had multiple things stolen, there is no security or cameras in complex. You will not get any security deposit back due to cleaning fees not listed in the lease
Been here just over six months and we have loved it! Beautiful mountain views. Staff is always nice and great at answering any questions, maintenance has been fast to respond to any issues. Nice gym and pool. Pet friendly. Firewood provided for the winter months was a huge plus and kept the apartment so warm and cozy. Easy access to Charlottesville, the 64 and 29 to take you anywhere!
Renter beware! I would give zero stars if I could! I moved out in November of 2024. I left a forwarding address so the they could return my security deposit or send me a bill. Per the lease agreement, I was supposed to be notified within 45 days if I had a bill. I did not hear anything from them until I PROACTIVELY reached out to request my security deposit back on 1/27/2025. I get an email back with a bill. I stated that I didn’t ask for a bill. To summarize, if you need to live somewhere that's smoke free, signing a lease here is pretty risky (despite the smoke-free addendum they have tenants sign). Even if you don't, the management here is awful to deal with. Whether they are unwilling or unable to help is irrelevant, you could be stuck choosing between your health and paying thousands of extra dollars.
