Very professional, great atmosphere, very knowledgeable, and attentive of the patient and put them first. Dr Epps is a breath of fresh air , you can tell she genuinely cares.
When the receptionist goes over your personal information there are people in the waiting area that hears all that you say and that is HIPPA violations. I hear all this after l’ve checked in. On the visit before my last, l was early and l was called back 5 minutes after I arrived. But l was in the exam room for 65 minutes. On my last visit it l was in the exam room for 30 minutes. The dr. Spent all of 15 total minutes for both visits. I was not happy
