Dr. Rachel has a terrible bed side manor tried to get some info on her and she rushed me out with out talking with me. I was in there because Drs.at er found something in my lungs I was nervous and she just blew me off. Will be changing Drs.
Staff and doctor made me feel comfortable speaking with them, fast and efficient service. Very thorough with explaining my health condition and possible upcoming procedures and possible results of the complications with procedures.
It's wonderful to have such kind and fun people to turn to when you're not feeling your best. They really make taking tests enjoyable. The lady who administered the test was perfectly suited for her role. Even though the test was difficult for me, she was very patient and never rushed me; she simply eased the pace when needed. Her help was truly appreciated. I walked in feeling down, worried about needing medication, but I left with a smile after meeting her and experiencing her kindness. Thank you
