Renting through this company was by far the easiest and most pleasant rental experience I’ve had. Any issues that came up were addressed promptly and professionally. The team was always kind, responsive, and respectful. It was truly a pleasure renting from them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed rental.
Hands down our best rental experience! We are a military family with more than 10 moves. Meaning 10 rentals. Ron ensures everything was perfect about our home before we moved in. He gave us a video tour, communicated the contract, and was transparent throughout the whole process. We lived there for 2 years and Ron was extremely responsive to and issue we had. We 10/10 recommend! Should we return to the area we will be sure to contact Ron for rental properties!
Ron managed my property after my husband and I moved out of state. He is a very honest and hardworking professional who really went extra mile for us and our tenants. He found excellent long term tenants for us within days of vacancy and sold our house the 1st day it was on the market when they moved out.

Summary: We signed a lease, Ron couldn't honor it and didn’t try to help us. We signed a lease on 9/16 for a rental house on County Route 46 with Ron. The lease term was set to begin 10/14. Our ideal move in date was 10/1, but this house was exactly what we wanted so we decided to wait in a hotel for the extra time before it was ready. We planned to move in on Friday 10/15.
