I had a great experience at Jefferson Radiology yesterday, 4/21/2026. My appointment was scheduled at 4:45 PM, but I was running a bit late due to traffic and didn't think I would make it in time to be seen, so needless to say I was a bit stressed. Thanks to Felicia W. at the front desk, she was welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process quick and stress-free. Her kindness really stood out and made a difference in my visit. Thank you, Felicia, for your excellent customer service!

My experience was very very good I give it a five-star rating especially the nurse that did my MRI she was a very very nice lady I wish a lot of other people was like her she was very courteous and polite and professional
I just want to start off by saying that the staff here at the West Hartford location are all so nice and professional. The only reason why I’m leaving a 4 star review is because of the appointment scheduling. I had called on a Monday morning and it went to what I’m assuming is a third party call center. The man I spoke to said that he could schedule an appointment for me that afternoon for 3, with arrival by 2:45.
