My experience was very very good I give it a five-star rating especially the nurse that did my MRI she was a very very nice lady I wish a lot of other people was like her she was very courteous and polite and professional
I just want to start off by saying that the staff here at the West Hartford location are all so nice and professional. The only reason why I’m leaving a 4 star review is because of the appointment scheduling. I had called on a Monday morning and it went to what I’m assuming is a third party call center. The man I spoke to said that he could schedule an appointment for me that afternoon for 3, with arrival by 2:45. Love this facility and the staff. This is the only one I choose to go to for my MRIs. Truly happy when I get Marylyn & Jamie. These women are so gentle, patient, caring and make the process a more pleasant experience. If I could book my appts with them specifically I definitely would.
