I hate to have to leave this review but I am disappointed as a resident. It is hot in my complex and it’s 80 degrees. I called maintenance at 8:22pm at 9:22pm nobody was here. I called the maintenance line and they said well they have 45 minutes to an hour to get there and they agree they should had been here. They called the person on call and they said it would be 20 minutes. It’s 1012 and maintenance is still not here. I called back to maintenance and they said it will be another 20 minutes. My family and I love it here! The office staff is nice the amenities are great. I love that it’s quiet and not a lot of noise in the complex. The apartment itself so spacious and comfortable. I really like it here! Great location it’s almost perfect
