I would highly recommend Jefferson Place! I lived there from 9/24 to 2/26. I moved out due to purchasing a new home. It is a small, quiet, safe property nestled in a residential neighborhood, close to downtown Fortville. Lots of good things are happening there in a growing and improving town, with close proximity to I-69 and Hamilton Town Center. I have lived here now for about 18 months and have not had any bad experiences with management or any maintenance requests. They are courteous, professional and prompt always. I find that the complex is also very peaceful and the location has proven to be absolutely perfect for me.

AC has not been working well for two months and I’ve reported several times. First time someone reported they fixed the problem. Never even came in. Second time said it was the filter. Third and fourth times (a week apart) said it was coils being dirty and it’s been 4 days since I’ve heard anything and now it’s 80+ in my apartment and the on call people have not called me back. Worst apt ever…day64…the put a window unit in last night and then marked it complete again 1400 a month is to steep for slum lord actions

I do NOT recommend Jefferson place as a place to live. I’ve been here for a year and have nothing but complaints. When we first moved in the apartment was so disgusting and I was refused a walk through to show the damages prior to us living here. They will show up to complete a maintenance request, not fix anything, then mark the request as complete. They called my husband a liar and are over all very rude people.
