I moved out of the apartment when my lease got over. The apartments were left clean. I was still billed $250 for Cockroaches while it is a persistent problem in the whole development in every apartment. I was charged $95 for cleaning of my 2 bed 2 bath while they were very clean. Twice i had comode blockage and yet there was no immediate resolution, had to wait for 2 days just because they didnt have anyone onsite to fix it.
