Rudest staff I’ve ever met! It was next to impossible to get an appointment set up and once it was made they refused to work with the doctors to get the appropriate codes straightened out. Sitting here for two hours with no answers. GO ELSEWHERE!!
Absolutely terrible experience. Appointment wound up taking 3 hours (was told it would be no more than 1 when I scheduled) bc they screwed up their scheduling. On top of that, the billing experience has quite literally been the worst I've dealt with at ANY medical center. They sent me 3 separate bills via 2 completely different billing departments, and somehow managed to send a bill to my father. No clue how they even found his information! Go somewhere else, they're the worst here.
The ladies here were kind, patient and considerate.
Absolutely love this place. I was very nervous about getting an Mri done. N they were great. Looking forward 2 see them next week
