RecommendedMy wife had to have an MRI today and we usually tag along for each other's medical appointments. I am really impressed with the hospitality of this establishment. They have: patient book exchange, in addition to standard magazines; well stocked Keurig coffee bar, in addition to water cooler, television, and very friendly staff . I really like the wide chairs that accommodate me. 👍
The staff in the office was very pleasant, but they told me my 8 year old had a fractured elbow, and when we got to CHOP they had to do new X-rays which indicated no fracture. So because of JOI I'm out my ER copay of $400.
So very impressed with the staff here! They are kind, welcoming, professional and personable. They got us in immediately for multiple MRIs, and the waiting room is very comfortable for waiting family members. I obviously hope no one needs an MRI, but if you do, come here �
I've been going there 3 years every other month. I can tell you they are excellent there and treat you as family! They also know how to handle with care my tiny, uncooperative veins!
