Hi saw Dr. Carracino and she was amazing! Gentle, kind, knowledgeable. I usually dread the OB annual visits but she really made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions patiently. I would highly recommend her! The new receptionist in training was super sweet, and the medical assistant was very good too. The receptionist who was training the new receptionist was a bit abrasive but hey, can’t have it all. And she got more friendly as time went on.
I’ve been receiving care at this practice for over a decade but I was disappointed in my experience today. I made an appointment because I had a concern and I don’t feel like I was heard during my appointment. I feel like the doctor fast talked me the entire visit. And by “fast talked” I mean literally and figuratively. I had to replay a lot of her words in my head to decipher her questions before I responded. I saw Christine Shea, she has been great, listened to all of my concerns, ordered testing, and even answers my chart messages promptly . She has squeezed me in quickly for urgent appointments. Office and Medical staff are always welcoming and sweet.
I’m honestly glad I didn’t read the reviews first before coming here. I never used to believe in preventative care until about two years ago when I began a self imposed healthcare journey. I made a profile on the myJefferson Health portal and scheduled a new patient appointment for a gynecological visit.
