I would not recommen this to anyone. These apartments has black mold all over the window areas and in the corners in the biggest bedroom and the landlord paints over where the black mold is. He is never home and when he leaves he leaves for hours beyond hours. He doesn't do his job. When someone ask him to do something in the apartment he doesn't do it and when he turns apartments it takes him days beyond day to do it. He is super lazy.
How could you improve? Fire Darrell and get a landlord who does his job. Without all the angry old man attitude. That guy is a real piece of work. Jefferson Oaks is nightmare living.
Mold an dew spots in master an smaller bdrm. Black mold around sliding door. Landlord is lazy an doesnt fix nor get anything done. Nvr home an smokes cigs all the time in his chair outside. Plus he loves to harass ppl an b@tch an complain sending out new letters an not in a quite friendly way....Repair forms...well good luck with gettin anything fixed in a timely matter, still been waiting 6-7months to get are fridge fixed...
