Total rip off used a card was charged an extra 26 bucks to use a card!! You know the old convenience fee! Completely full of crap. The staff was like boiled unseasoned chicken done but bland! It was to small and I could hear everyone’s personal business while they were at the desk! Bring cash so they can keep it under the table!
This place is a complete joke. I would rather stay dizzy the rest of my life than ever have to deal with these incompetent people. I’ve been from California to Indiana and never had anyone tell me that our insurance wouldn’t work outside the state my license is in but the stupid part is they didn’t attempt to run my insurance because if they would’ve then they would’ve seen that it’s not from the same state my id is because my husband is union and our insurance comes from a different state. I am rating the clinic a 3 because Tiffany Hilbun is unprofessional and rude in my opinion. She slammed the door when she walked out an appointment I had with her. She didn’t like the conversation she and I had with each other. She said something smart and I said something back to her. I don’t care if you don’t totally agree with me as my healthcare provider.
