Dr. O’Shaughnessy is caring, thoughtful, and a great doctor. He does his research, presents thoughtful treatments, remains steady in uncertainty, and explains things clearly. Would recommend to any and all seeking a great nephrologist. I have moved out of the area, but will continue to travel back for appointments with him specifically.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a referral nearly two months ago for this office. They never called to schedule. I left two voicemails, and then over a week later, I received a call saying they’d have to schedule based on my need. I was told I’d receive a callback within 30 minutes….that was over a week ago.
office staff never picks-up phone and pressing 0 will not work either, so no message can be left.
