Racist receptionists at the dermatologist office. Extremely rude. More than an hour wait times AFTER your BOOKED appointments. When asked why there is a long wait, the answer was "its a specialist office, have you never been to a specialist office before?" What does a specialist office have to do with overbooking people at the same time? And the disrespect and rudeness of the receptionists, BOTH OF THEM, is unreal.
