Lived there for years and they have only one working washer and two driers. The one has been broken for years and the landlord never fixed it. You can here ppl walk and jump above you and hear the ppl in the building fighting. I am so glad that I no longer live here. I always kept to myself when I lived there . The apartment above me leaked water from there air conditioner down to my sons closet. All the landlord did was. Try to dry it off . What about the water in the walls. You think it leave mold.
