RecommendedPlenty of stores, great atmosphere
i never leave bad reviews even if ive had a not so great experience but today while shopping at jefferson mall someone stole my bags from my child inside the mall and instead of doing antlything about it the mall manager said "oh thats too bad sirry theres nothing we can do." they didnt even offer to check the cameras or anything needless to say i will not be shopping there again.
I haven’t shopped there in more than 25-30 years. I don’t live near it. I shop at St Matthews Mall or Oxmoor Mall & some Boutiques
Place smells like weed. Last time I’m going there
Jefferson Mall websites posted hours for Santa on Dec. 22nd begin at 11am. Staff did not arrive until 11:40 am. the line had been waiting since 11am. The staff ignored the customers and if asked a question, was very rude in her response. Once Santa sat down (which was after noon), I was told by the employee that I NEED TO HURRY UP AND MAKING A SELECTION before she was done taking the BECAUSE SHE IS WORKING BY HER SELF. NO APOLOGY FOR THE HOUR WAIT!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE WE ARE TAKING OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

Great Mall, a lot of stores, welcoming environment & just a place to come back to again. Awesome Mall.
