im from columbus ohio came down for the Holliday to visit family went shopping yesterday for a short time but some nice stores including starbucks
I wish it was a classier mall. The fountain, area for singing and events gone, and areas to sit gone. It is now like any other average mall. No wonder business is down. And the people who shop there lack class and manners too. Seems security doesn't care. It is close but i try to avoid it like the plague.
This mall needs to be updated. It desperately needs new carpet & new furnishings.

Easier than going to the other malls in the East end, got everything we need and convenient but lately it is so stagnant and hot that I am willing to travel out of my way to be comfortable. In my opinion when shopper are hot and uncomfortable they just want to leave even if they have more things to purchase. Also it is SUPER hard to try on clothes if your sweating, nothing looks good and we end up leaving - hot and frustrated.
