Horrible. Bus drivers were awful, cramped, and cold.
Is this the Greyhound depot? Yeah not a good vibe at all, but better than other bus stations, like the old Los Angeles, or Memphis, or Phoenix, or San Francisco, or.....Chicago was actually cool, if you stayed inside.
The person at the service desk was very rude. When I walked in, she asked me how she may help me. Then add I approached the desk, she said, "you can stand on that blue line until I step back." She then waited for me to stand on the line before telling me that I may take a seat. She kept chattering with her friend while the phone would ring. I noticed they asked another customer for their confirmation number so, I got back in line and asked if they would need my confirmation number because I didn't want anything to mess up my... read more
