Rewriting my entire review after living here for 6 years. Pros: Units are spacious, in a convenient location close to the beach, and I-95. Maintenance staff is friendly. That’s basically where the benefits start and stop. As for the cons, please see below: 1. Elevators: Are routinely out of service. I would strongly reconsider living here. Management repeatedly fails to address serious resident concerns. Parking is a major problem. After 8 p.m. finding a space is nearly impossible. We’ve had to park elsewhere. These are not minor inconveniences. Prospective residents should know what they may be signing up for.

I would not recommend living here. Management has repeatedly failed to address basic problems, even after residents report them. The parking situation is a serious concern. Management claims that the complex has sufficient parking, but our experience indicates otherwise. Residents in two-bedroom units are entitled to two parking spaces, yet there do not appear to be enough spaces for everyone. INFESTED with roaches but aside from them not doing nothing about it. They also pick and choose WHO they want to tow. They have the company “Massey” sit in the front and not even go to apartments or do nothing. They have had one car parked in a visitor’s corner parking spot for over three months, they have very little visitor parking, but truly the apartments are infested within the wall Outlets etc .

Its a nightmare. Poor service, constant gate broke,elevator with no service, customer service cold, no care about your needs, no mailbox service for 3 months because is broked and no one solves only excuses and transfer responsabilities.
