This place has its perks, but the lack of visitor parking is a major drawback. If you’re hoping for friends or family to stop by for a quick visit, good luck! The limited visitor parking makes it nearly impossible for guests to find a spot, turning a simple hangout into a frustrating ordeal. I’ve had loved ones circle endlessly or park far away, which really discourages visits. It’s a shame because the location is otherwise great, but the parking situation needs serious improvement. This is a wonderful community to be a part of. The space is family friendly, and the amenities are top of the notch. There’s a large community pool with spaces for bbq’s, and it’s perfect for a family lunch or dinner, plus there’s a beautiful gym for whenever you want to get your workout in. The community is safe and it’s situated next to North Pompano community park, which is great for walks and taking the kids out to play at the park. All pets are welcome too! Cotton Light House Point is a vehicle destroyer! If you wash your car, the very next day it gets dirty again because they water the plants and splash mud everywhere. They have cats that jump on cars constantly, which is really frustrating. The gardeners also dirty the cars while trimming the plants, and the trees drop debris all over your vehicle. Plus, the rain and sun just add to the damage and dirt. On top of that, there are no assigned parking spots. You always have to park in different places, which is very inconvenient... read more

Horrible place to live in. Lived here for a year and it was terrible. Moved in and I got my car keyed. Leasing office said they have no cameras on the property. I got a rental and received a decal from the front desk. Next day, that car was towed because the towing company wasn’t “aware” of the temporary decals. There is bird poop all over the hallways. As for parking, if you leave your house after 5pm, you will have to park at the other side of the complex to find parking. Everyday it is the SAME issue. This place is just d... read more
