I have been a resident here for 2.5 years now. I wish that I was writing this review at a more pleasant time. I moved here because I valued the location and felt the price was the most reasonable in the area. However, over time you can see that you truly get what you pay for: 1) Insane parking policies that make you believe there was some deal with the towing company 2) Fire alarms that go off randomly, sometimes consecutive days in a row 3) Elevators that sometimes work, sometimes don't 4) Gates that are frequently broken 5... read more
Harold in maintenance is does a great job, he always comes by to make sure the work has been completed at the timeline and what we expected to be done.
