ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE CONSIDERING A LEASE! I read the reviews before I went to do the self guided tour and seen a plethora of them mention roaches but I decided to give it a look anyway. I’ve lived here for a few months now, my A/C broke and Javi and Harold took very good care of installing portable units to ensure my comfortability. This took almost 2 weeks to complete during summer. Maintenance communicated more than the office answered or responded with care.
I have lived in this community for 3 years, and every year has gotten worse. The one thing that hasn't changed is the kindhearted staff and maintenance workers, who do the best they can with what they've been given. There are many reasons I would tell someone not to move here for the sake of their own mental wellbeing. With the rental market as expensive as it is right now, I can't imagine anyone justifying moving here unless it's a last resort. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. They are everywhere. There is no routine pest control, you get an excuse each time you have to schedule for one. Either they couldn’t make it or they’re busy. The hallways are constantly full of dead and live roaches, and I’ve even seen live ones feeding on the dead ones. My garage, which only contains my car, has 5–7 large roaches (about the size of a pinky) roaming around almost every week.
