Great place to live ! Staff is great! Always on point about maintenance orders and property upkeep .Recently Lazaro came by as soon as I called the office. Donne kindly and promptly provided the service, and Lazaro went above and beyond on cleaning the AC and getting it working properly. Brandon also came by immediately when requested. Top notch service! Much appreciated!

My wife, our dog, and I moved in about a month ago, and we’ve been enjoying it so far. The staff is polite, friendly, and always helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and without any hassle. The pool area feels like a spa—super relaxing and well-maintained. One of the things we appreciate is that the community is very dog-friendly. There are plenty of dog owners around, which makes walks more social and fun. This place is really good, the environment is great, the apartments are large and well-maintained, and the assistance the condominium provides is a real plus. Maintenance actually happens, and the leasing support was and is fundamental to our move-in process. I highly recommend it!
