Am the property manager at Jefferson house I try to make sure all my tenants r satisfied .we try to keep the grounds clean have a problem sometimes with the tenants guest getting out throwing stuff on grounds but other then that I have great and respectful Tenants.

I would say that this place is exactly what you would expect to get from the listing on AirBNB. The location isn’t awful. You are super close to the Memphis Zoo which is a plus. Also an amazing park to go take walks or ride a bike. We had a few problems with our place, but they weren’t deal beakers. Overall just a nice average place to stay for a few days will vacationing.
