Worst hospital ever! I've been seeing specialists and they told me if my symptoms get worse to go to the ER and I did and was treated very poorly. The ER nurse Summer likes to give dirty looks and stare at you out the corner of her eye. ER doctors Mancuso, Glazier and Wong are very unprofessional. That hospital can never get an iv in me. They blow my veins and one time in particular I had 8 blown veins in one visit. RecommendedAbsolutely loved delivering here! I gave birth to my second babyboy here and it was my first time ever being to Jefferson Hospital and it felt like home, everyone was so kind. My delivering nurse Paige was absolutely amazing and so supportive labor/delivery and getting me to my postpartum room. She was so nice and was there every step of the way for both me and the Daddy! I was so upset that I didn’t see her again and get to tell her thank you for everything before we got sent home

I've had three inpatient stays at Jefferson in a very short period of time. my last 1 had a discharge date of early March 2020. each time I was in there I was on 5 South. everyone I encountered on every one of those inpatient stays were absolutely terrific to me. from the ER staff to the x-ray staff to the nursing staff to the cleaning staff the volunteer staff and the dietary staff. this is a very special Hospital and I would recommend it to everyone.
Rude, Ignorant doctors who are basically General medicine, try to tell us they know better than our specialist. Talking down to patient and myself.

My family and I just moved here from Georgia and tonight was our first experience at the ER here. The new ER is absolutely beautiful. The staff from walking in the door with the security guards, to the receptionist, nurses, and the Dr were wonderful! They were fast, friendly, and thorough! Dr Glazer (excuse the spelling if incorrect) was great! I am a nurse who has worked in an ER… And I have to say he was the best physician I have ever encountered. Thank you for your services!!
