This hospital needs to train their doctors who have God complexes how to treat dying patients and hire some with empathy for their patients .. they don’t live in same world as regular people so they ignore the family when they need information about the patient’s complaints.. The new ER is very nice...however the chairs provided for family members in the rooms are awful... they are very uncomfortable for long waits which are common in ER. I have been here twice in 6 Mos. I'm in pain when I leave.
very unprofessional your PA Brian Mancuso abuses patients I was there Saturday night for a broken thumb that was treated by y'all 2 weeks ago but is getting worse and this idiot grabs pulls yanks and twists it making the injury worse went to another hospital and it went from a non displaced to a displaced fracture needless to say I walked out but came back to complain 5 mins later after calming down and had to talk to a head nurse who was rude and refused me his name and info to contact the director of medicine and stated he... read more

I brought my boyfriend to the ER to get a boil lanced. He gets them from time to time again but this one was the worst one yet. It was right on his groin area, making it very uncomfortable for him to walk, sit, or even stand. He was in excruciating pain so I suggested that we go to the hospital. We arrived at 2:20AM.. we waited 2 hours for the doctor to finally come in. RecommendedMy labor team and experiences with the midwifery program were phenomenal. My follow up PP nurse, Nora, was also very excellent and she was truly a godsend. She understands babies and is truly a compassionate nurse. I would suggest less visits in the aftercare room if staff can keep track of how often someone comes in- not getting any sleep after delivery, day after day, due to so many people in and out is a slow kind of torture and def not healthy !
4 blown IV attempts! Poor E.R care. Subpar professional care from Dr. No thanks!

My experience at Jefferson hospital was amazing! Switching to the midwives was the best thing ever. My labor and delivery went so smooth thanks to midwife Stephanie and nurse Katie! My PP nurse MJ took such amazing care of us. My little one stayed in the nicu for 8 days and all of the nicu nurses were so kind and caring! The two neonatal drs were also amazing!! I would recommend anyone to deliver at Jefferson 🥰
Jefferson Hospital should be ashamed of themselves! My mom had knee surgery yesterday morning. Spent the entire day in a recliner waiting for them to get her into her bed. And today she was in so much pain she had to call us to come help her. They were not helping her! When your Mom calls crying you go, you RUN! My dear mom was in so much pain and no one helped her!
