This hospital needs to train their doctors who have God complexes how to treat dying patients and hire some with empathy for their patients .. they don’t live in same world as regular people so they ignore the family when they need information about the patient’s complaints.. I know they believe they are above all regular people so they don’t return phone calls or give a shit about anyone but themselves getting out out of work and screw the patient calling for advice.. . The new ER is very nice...however the chairs provided for family members in the rooms are awful... they are very uncomfortable for long waits which are common in ER. I have been here twice in 6 Mos. I'm in pain when I leave.
