We visited one of Jefferson Home Builders’ homes under construction and, while there, had the opportunity to tour another home in the same development which we ended up putti g a contract on. 4 years since they built my home and I've already had to remodel both bathrooms. Since I'm here, I've collected 72 beer bottles from when you were building, the basement is still caked in clay dust, the perimeter is still uneven from when you checked it during the rain, cement has numerous cracks (thanks Kerry for not helping me with that (realtor)).
From the start to the finish, working with William at JHB and his team was by far the best experience I have ever had! The way William and his team worked with use on the customization of our new home was phenomenal. The quality and workmanship of the build, I know I purchased a very well built quality home. Thank you so much to William and his caring and hard working crew.
Left our HOA to be in the woods. Came across land with homes being built by JHB so we decided to check them out and get in contact with someone.
