It's fine. I've never had the same doctor twice. When I went from private to state insurance they got me in and out a lot quicker. Felt rushed.
Previous patient visiting. Tried phoning multiple times after concerns I could have caught COVID while here. Never got an answer. Called Jefferson Healthcare Hospital and told they won’t test. Northstar did test but takes long time for results. Meanwhile, call to RI dr got immediate results with a plaxovid prescription that Don’s filled within hours. Unfortunately, there is no option to leave zero stars, so I was forced to leave one... We are new to the area and we just established care at this facility. I was upset to find out that we had a choice to get our blood drawn at other locations for a $40 copay. Instead, I am paying $290. I was told that this facility draws blood and I was there to get my medicine refilled and to establish a relationship with a new doctor. No one told me that my insurance might not cover having the blood drawn at this facility. How would I kno... read more
