Previous left at Optum suddenly. I was recommended to come here by my daughter. Now I highly recommend this place. They asked a hundred questions to find what my issues were, a senior , they showed they really were interested and cared. I will update next month after lab tests and MRI are completed and results are in young lady doctor A. and Doctor Knoll were wonderful.

The worst decision in a while regarding medical facility. The customer service and the not so user friendly answering service is the worst.
Karen Dong took over my family physician’s practice when he retired. I must admit, I was a little reluctant to accept her as my family physician simply because I had been with my previous doctor for so long. But soon, she made me feel extremely comfortable with her as my doctor, and made several recommendations to change my medications, all of which have turned out to be beneficial to my health. I have been to this place twice, and I had really experience in both times. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The provider Bethany, CRNP was very good and nice to her patients. She took time to listen and discuss with the patients about the health issues. Highly recommend to this place and special thanks to nurse practitioner Bethany for providing an excellent care at all time.
