I went here for 2 yr it was great then starting in 2024 January I have made 6 appointment each one canceled a day before my appointment doctor change her schedule my appointment was dr . Jill Patrick got canceled Monday asked them for another dr . They said dr. Sylvia I said find for Wednesday this week last night at 6 pm I received a text that my appointment was canceled I called back no answer but on website said open to 8 this place should be closed down now I am looking for new doctor
There is a reason this place had bad reviews. I wish I would have read them before taking the 45 minute drive over here. I checked in for my appointment on the portal with my new insurance. I updated my insurance in the portal itself. I call the day before my appointment to make sure they accept my insurance. The women who answered said yes it wouldn’t be a problem. I get here and waste 20 minutes trying to check in and they tell me they don’t accept my insurance. If they can’t manage the front desk and verifying insurance b... read more
