Every doctor I’ve seen here is amazing. I had to come in for an emergency visit and they squeezed me in no problem. Shoutout to Dr. Rastogi for getting my foot pain relieved same day
This was my 1st visit and not close to home but this Doctor is excellent. Completely worth the drive. She was very caring , understanding and most helpful. True old fashion/ professionalism AKA bed side manner. She took time to listen and showed great patience in learning my health history. Dr Martinez is a compassionate human being & state of the art caring doctor . Thank you .
It cannot get worse then Jefferson network. Have no idea what they are talking about. Made me cancel my appointment, after I had 18 staples put in my head at their Abington Hospital. Literally look for a follow up appointment to just evaluate the scarring. Said I need to go through my auto insurance to book this appointment. Absolute non-sense. My doctors visits and original hospital visit took my insurance, which I can submit all documents later. Absolute dogwater operation. Literally have no idea what they're talking about... read more
This use to be the best place to go for testing. Then they changed it over and it is HORRIBLE. The people that work the front desk are rude. The kiosks are put there for Jefferson's convenience and certainly not ours. Many of the senior citizens are frustrated and the last time I went which was around 1 - standing room only. Don't go - if you have to use a Jefferson site - skip the hospital and this place and see if you can find another one of their centers. All the staff and my doctor were very kind, friendly, and good natured even when clients seemed a little antagonistic. They treated each other and patients with respect and really put me at ease.
