Trans fems, take heed: I’ve been on HRT for over a decade & lucky enough to have been on proper dosages that actually caused physical changes, which is unfortunately exceedingly rare in the United States. Very disappointed in my care. It is very difficult for me as an intersex person to find a provider and I have been let down. I had lab work I wanted to discuss with my PCP, and since they were not in network with Cigna, they turned me away and told me to find a new doctor. Cigna was out of network for 3 weeks, they were taking out of network benefits and all claims were retroactively in network. They offered me none of these options. I will not be returning or recommending this as a safe space. 1 star.
