Just sat here for 2 hours seen only triage . I am in so much pain I had to hide in the parking lot and then drive to another hospital because nobody had an answer of when I could be helped

Poor management ER room being triage by 1 nurse!! Been in waiting room going on 4 hours and actually I'm writing this from the waiting area!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I arrived just before 4 pm and did not leave until 3:30 in the morning. I was in the waiting room for a total of 5 hours. Sick people are not separated from those who are not sick. I saw people with breathing support struggling for hours and a woman in a wheelchair completely slumped forward (I thought she was dead). They said rooms were based on severity but then I saw people getting taken back after simple X-rays meanwhile others were struggling way more. I know they want to get easi... read more

Sharing some notes of positivity. I'm not going to sugar coat the wait time, yes, it was long, however ever member of the staff that my Mom came in contact with were amazing. A special shout out to Dr. Daniel Weeks. He was compassionate and very intent on listening to everything my Mom had to say. Yes, the "system" may not be the most effective, but the folks on the front line are not to blame for inefficiencies in the system. I wish I could give the place 1 star! Worst emergency waiting room EVER! Please go somewhere else, especially if you love your life. We waited over 4 hours just to get blood drawn. I feel like these healthcare providers do not care about their patients. We will definitely be going to a different ER going forward.
