Always have a great experience here . Deya Solis is kind and caring and takes time to listen and advise you . Staff here is great as well . The phlebotomist is very gentle . Love it here .
[Update: Still unresolved after 1+ month] I am writing this to warn other patients. I disputed an upcoded bill regarding a standard Preventive Physical. After making me wait 40 days for a review, they justified the extra charge by claiming the doctor’s notes show "2 Prescriptions were given." This is completely false. I never received any prescriptions from this provider. Update: apparently it was only 3 months ago when I left this. Sadly, I have another negative experience, coupled with unprofessional behavior, treating patients disrespectfully, lack of communication, lying, and a serious liability of substitute providers not reading a patient's chart prior to denying them prescription refills. Last time I was denied medicine for weeks for no reason. This time, they just refused to send my script in, and the pharmacy has a shortage. I went in for a simple annual check-up, but I was shocked to receive a bill for a “complex visit” and a “depression screening” — neither of which actually happened. I later found reviews from another patient who was billed for the same items; health details were different, but the pattern and attitude were identical — they were treated the same way. I had been seeing Dr. Salerno for the last few years and truly looked forward to my annual visits with him. He remembered me, listened, and always took the time to understand my concerns. Unfortunately, he is no longer with Jefferson, and this year’s annual visit (August 2025) was with Dr. Nidhi Agrawal after two prior appointments were canceled because other doctors left.
