For the past three years, I have scheduled my appointments with wonderful providers. However, when I schedule follow up appointments, I inevitably get automated calls telling me the appointment is canceled because the provider no longer works there. Why can't this office seem to keep providers? I saw someone less than a month ago and now the follow-up is canceled because she no longer works there. That's the third time this has happened. Why isn't a PERSON calling letting me know the issue and offering alternatives?
My first appointment was great seen by Claire Hutchinson she was great Highly recommend. Front desk was very nice and helpful.
I had an early morning appointment, came in to my appointment 10 minutes early and waited an HOUR in the doctors room before finally being seen. I’ve never had to wait so long just for an annual check up. The medical assistant wasn’t very nice. The doctor did listen to concerns I had about my health and ordered panels. A good office but the hours are inaccurate. Please update!
Dr. Nidhi Agrawal is the worst one at this practice. I was a new patient. She did not give me a proper exam, which resulted in my mri being denied. She didn't listen to my concerns during my visit. She was too busy reading my chart, trying to get up to speed on my conditions, and had her phones AI assistant record us. The prognosis she recorded on record was the reason my mri was denied, despite my primarys notes that documents my gradual loss of movements in my shoulders due to torn rotator cuffs.
