I had a procedure done here last week and it could not have gone better. I arrived at 6:15AM and left by 8:30 which is pretty amazing for a procedure where I had to be put under. All of the doctors, nurses and admins were incredibly nice and friendly. The building is brand new and beautiful. One note: it was kind of hard to find via the maps instructions. Especially because the google maps picture doesn't look anything like it. You're going to the giant glass hospital. It's easy when you know what you're looking for :)
The nurses, doctors etc were all excellent however registration was a nightmare they demanded money on day of my surgery after the week before I was told they would bill my insurance co first and in 90 days I could set up a payment plan. The girl at registration Had me so upset since I only brought my phone, license and insurance card since I was not told I had to bring payment. She harrassed me in front of others saying I had to make a payment and even when I told her I had none on me she was not very nice and told me they ... read more
I had a procedure scheduled today. From the time that I arrived to the time I got picked up, ALL the staff were amazingly exceptional and experienced. I will recommend this surgery center to anyone.
