Salesman showed up and was more concerned with informing me of the low quality product I had and then spoke with some “manager” for 10 minutes in another language while using my ladder to measure things. Very shady
I wish I could give more stars. My son is in kindergarten, and is to be bussed from his school to Trinity. On his second day his school messed up and put him on the wrong bus. Trinity called me IMMEDIATELY to let me know that he didn’t get off of the bus. Thank goodness that they did because I’m not sure what would have happened to him or where he would have ended up if they didn’t. Trinity could have just as easily figured that he had been sick that day and didn’t go to school, or that someone maybe picked him up, but calle... read more
The infant room was great but when she was transitioning into the toddlers room she would constantly get scratches on her face from the little toddler all the time and they did not do nothing about it but apologize and have meetings nothing was done this was back 12/3/18 but in the preschool class it was fine my child learned sooo much and was taught a lot that prepared her for kindergarten
This a a good day care, the staff is amazing and the teachers take care of the children with attention and love and always respond to their needs. I have two daughters at Trinity Day Care, one in the infant room,the other in pre-k and I've never been disappointed. Thanks for your hard work, God bless you
