Have had trouble getting a hold of management on numerous occasions. I am a big on having a pleasant and efficient staff to answer questions or concerns whether I am a potential resident or residing at an apartment complex and don’t feel like That view is embraced. Good staff equals new tenants and longer tenants that reside there.
I love how spacious the rooms are. Parking does not seem to be an issue. My neighbors around me are great and the area is well maintained. The only issue I have is that it is hard to get in touch with the leasing office at times or awhile before they get back to you. Also, they provide no warnings when slapping you with a fee. I’ve heard from past residents they go through staff quite a bit as well. Bugs are definitely an issue because according to them pest control doesn’t come as often due to COVID.

We have been at Jefferson Manor Apartments since August of 2014. We have truly loved our time here and have had nothing but the best from the property manager and company. Beautiful apartments and great neighborhood!
JF Manor is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Even though we are located just beside JF football field, the apartments are extremely cozy and quiet! The complex manager, Kim is the best and is always around to help (even when you lock yourself out)!
Quiet and Secluded I was sad to leave Jefferson Forest Manor, as my apartment was beautiful and the quietest I ever lived in. I was on the 3rd floor and you'd never know other people lived in the building, I never heard a peep. There was a nice mix of people living there, from young professionals as myself, to young families, and retirees. The location is fantastic as there's new shopping and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to live in a nice and quiet suburb.

Cheap Construction - Load Apartments The buildings look nice, but don't let that fool you. It is cheap construction with junky appliances. We were in a "brand new" apartment and none of the toe molding was in place, the dish washer doesn't clean dishes and the ice-maker in the fridge had to be replaced twice. The windows and insulation must be off because mold grows in the window pains in the winter.
