I want to express my frustration regarding my experience at this practice. Honestly, I feel like if I wasn't Puerto Rican, I would have received the help I desperately needed and wouldn’t have been treated the way I was. I was kicked out of the practice without any prior notice about the "late cancellation" policy. I’ve never canceled an appointment before the 24-hour mark. I have not been a patient that long with this practice. But I must say, i have never been happier with a primary. Dr Loose is really caring and As busy as he is, he is on top of things. Test, paperwork, and prescriptions are all top priority. He has even coordinated with my other doctors. The office is very professional and caring. Coming here has been the best choice i've ever made.As far as doctors are concerned.
New patient cannot be seen until Jan 2026? It is July 2025 right now! Canadian healthcare sucks? Really? Because this sounds just like the complaints we hear about foreign healthcare times. I have a heart valve issue I have had since birth, that just became acute (risking the possibility of death if it goes chronic), and I cannot get a doctors appoint for 6 months? Why bother paying for insurance if you cannot be seen?
The doctor's really went above and beyond.
