Saw cockroaches every day coming out of the kitchen cabinets and fire alarms. After my lease ended they charge me 669$ for cleaning fees. They will charge you extra fees, even if you left the place clean.
Never, ever rent from them. They gave us the apartment dirty, we returned it clean, and at the end of the contract, they charged us $700, which seems excessive to me. They charge you for everything, and the apartment manager is a slob. My best advice is not to rent from them. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take photos of anything mentioned. They ask for photos, so if you already have a contract with them, I recommend taking photos of EVERYTHING.
I have had a very disappointing experience living at Enclave. First, they charged me more than my actual monthly utility usage. Despite paying $3 every month for pest control, the service was never provided, and there were many cockroaches in the unit. Even when I requested pest control, nothing was effectively done. I was extremely disappointed to learn that The Enclave charged me a $150 late key return fee, despite being told in person—by staff and in front of witnesses—that I would not be charged as long as my belongings were removed before the unit walk-through.
