I would give 0 star if Google permits. Terrible apartment. Would never recommend it to my friends. Roaches, too expensive for an unfurnished apartment, poor management. They are only nice until you sign the lease here.
It’s been almost three months, and the ridiculous error with my parking spot number still hasn’t been corrected. I’m forced to pay for a reserved spot while having to search for parking every single day. Every time I inquire with the apartment management about the progress, all I get is either complete silence or a templated response (I’m starting to suspect they use the same reply for every unrelated complaint)! Once again I am amazed by the amazing quality of service at The Enclave. Jaeden, Kolton, and Corbin were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the process of finding the best option for my lease next year. Going on year 3, I cannot say enough good things about the team or the complex. The amenities are great and the price is the best you'll find around the area (especially for the quality of the apartments.) Shoutout to maintenance and the great work they do!
Very well managed by Jackie and Jaiden, always very respondent to concerns. Maintenance team is awesome, always helps out whenever I need it. Been here for 2 years now and never had a problem. Awesome pool, very clean and well kept. Unlike other apartments, cleaning staff is very on top of things. Gym is also really nice and convenient to have when I dont want to work out on campus. Great place 10/10 recommend.
