Good but had to wait too long in between each Service … 😠 but I can say excellent staff.
I don't really have a good response because simple reason the nurse at Jefferson dental on Mason road talk to me yesterday which was January the 27th 2026 and let me know that Nelson Stevson was going to be able to see the dentist today which is the 28th and he didn't have to pay car charge or nothing else for the visit because he was a regular customer because it's she said that his insurance was updated and that he could be seen but she lied come to find out when he showed up to his visit this morning at his appointment ti... read more
I went to Jefferson Dental for a root canal procedure that turned into a nightmare. During the appointment, the dentist broke an endodontic file inside my tooth and was unable to complete the root canal. I was then referred to a specialist. The specialist did perform the root canal, but could not remove the broken file, which has caused ongoing complications, stress, and additional dental concerns that I should never have had to deal with. This was our second time trying this company out. My husband had received a filling the first time. He said he left in pain and it still gives him issues months later. We recently tried again. My children complained saying they were super rude, during the x rays they were very rough. Waited over an hour after our appt to receive the cleaning. Do not recommend. We will not be back. I should have read reviews before ever coming here.
Dr. Harmouch was very profesional and amazing she listen to me and Rozan the hygienist very nice and did great job cleaning my teeth. Yan did great job too and was nice job taking the X-ray
