We are very disappointed with this office. Have had numerous cancelations since my first appointment in October 2023 just to be told they are closing this office for my next appointment. Which means I have to travel a little more to get to my appointments. After my last I will not be using Jefferson Dental.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst experience ever. When I arrived for my appointment the front desk lady informed me that they texted me to cancel my appointment. Not professional at all. What happened to calling the patient to cancel and reschedule? I don’t handle business via text. The front desk lady was also rude when I showed her the text I received that morning saying they can’t wait to see me yet the appointment was allegedly canceled.
