I scheduled a 2:30pm appointment to get a filling and was not seen until 5pm. Dr. Omar was friendly and efficient once he got to me. After local anesthetic set in, it took him maybe 15 minutes to put the filling in. Whoever is in charge of patient load/scheduling really dropped the ball. Loved the staff, but unless you feel like spending half your afternoon in a waiting room, I'm sure there are other clinics that are more considerate of their patients' time.
This was the worst experience ever. The right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Will not never recommend services to anyone. Had an appointment at 11am just to be told not able to receive services until 3pm after being there til 1pm. And on top of it all, they charge my insurance $155 to just lay back in the chair. Never again.
