Nothing was okay about their service. No one could even tell us an accurate time for our appointments, told 2 different times in one day for 4 different people. Billed us for services before insurance paid. We paid anyway. Asked their office to send us itemized bills. They never did. Kept sending invoices for what we already paid. Never returned multiple phone calls asking about our bill. I wish I could speak to the dentist themselves but their office staff are terribly unprofessional. Receptionist (who informed me she was the manager) was on a personal call with a headphone in when my very pregnant wife came to ask if they knew when she would be seen. She’d been waiting for over an hour and was only informed the dentist was extremely behind when she went up to ask. I am very displeased with Jefferson Clinic. They pulled all my teeth and refuse to give my money back to be. I have requested a full refund. Two days ago I called and no one has returned my call. I also am calling the better business bureau Please don't use them. Because they don't care about the customer. They don't even deserve 1 rating its zero.

DO NOT GO! If I could give a 0 rating I would. I went to these scammers August 24, 2022 for an Ortho visit. They gave me an Ortho treatment plan and what my monthly payment would be. I told them I had a general dentist appointment the next day and wanted to wait until I got the amount for that plan before signing. I was told "oh don't worry, your insurance will cover it", so I signed the contract. On May 10th, 2022 I visited Jefferson Dental Clinic at East Houston and I had very bad experience with the staff there. They given me the appointment for routine cleaning and I was at the office for about two hours and at the end they asked me to come the next day. Apparently the office manager took her sweet time and came up with the treatment plan and it was not affordable and need to be scheduled for another time. Please don't go there, too much time consuming. Try you to convince for big expense. Not at all affordable for middle class family who has no insurance. Don't go by $29 yearly payment for insurance.

This is my Third visit. Very clean office the stuff the manager and the doctor are very friendly they have very good customer service I had a very good experience and I would recommend to my families and friends
