Application for loan was taken out from this clinic and through OrthoFi mid last year. In November, we decided to cancel the procedure and paid nearly $1700 in cancellation fee. Fast forward to February and we are still getting late fee emails from finance company. OrthoFi has tried to contact clinic but they won't respond. We've stopped by the clinic more than 6 times and every time we are told the manager who can help is not present and therefore we have to call or come back again some other day. Jefferson Dental and Orthopedics is AWFUL!!!! They DO NOT follow through with their mission statement. If there's an issue and you need help and answers, you have to speak to all who answer the phones inside the small local offices. It's sad because it seems they all work together as far as passing the message on. There is no office manager that is willing to help although they do say the words "they will" but they don't. You know I used to love you guys but your management office who handles your insurance and scheduling really need to learn how to do their job. Not only did they waste 3 hours of mine and a 40 min drive one way on a Saturday just to say they were overbooked and try to send me elsewhere they failed to show any empathy for the situation. No care at all. then they wasted 2 weeks not bothering to verify insurance for my oldest son when y'all took the exact same insurance just 2 weeks ago with my other son. I would give 0 stars to this location as the staff are rude and unprofessional and the dentist lacks the necessary experience to treat the patient's teeth. Last month when i went there The dentist told me that I needed to fill eight teeth plus deep cleaning . They messed up my teeth so now I could not eat or drink sweet or hot foods They also broke my front tooth . Horrible place! I DO NOT recommend!! I went for routine checkups on my kids and was informed they needed to remove my son's silver molar cap. They did so and put a temporary on. I was under the impression they actually took a mold to get a permanent molar cap created. Well fast forward 3 weeks and they never completed the procedure. I was scheduled a week after the removed the cap (on Friday which the staff says is the dentist day off) well I arrive to find my appointment was canceled. I have avoided the dentist for way too long. I finally could avoid it no longer. I was terrified of the unknown and imagined pain. Everybody was super friendly and professional. They are going at it 100% all day long. The Hygienst, Canessa, was excellent at her job. It was no where near as painful as I had imagined and we got through it without any screaming or fainting.
