On May 10th, 2022 I visited Jefferson Dental Clinic at East Houston and I had very bad experience with the staff there. They given me the appointment for routine cleaning and I was at the office for about two hours and at the end they asked me to come the next day. Apparently the office manager took her sweet time and came up with the treatment plan and it was not affordable and need to be scheduled for another time. I went to Jefferson Dental On Camp Wisdom in Duncanville was greeted very nice when I walked thru the door. Luis the manager is a very nice person. Dr. Patel is a very very good dentist. And his assistant May is very nice too. I suggest if you want to go to a nice clean dental office with a good dentist Jefferson Dental Duncanville is the best.
Very disappointed, they never call you back like they say they will.
