They misdiagnosed me with periodontal disease. I had to pay extra out of pocket for treatment. They try to juice you for more money by taking out that care credit card . DO NOT DO . Unorganized very unprofessional and corrupt company. I went to another dentist for a second opinion. Something was telling me to get a second opinion before paying all this money funny thing it was the same franchise but different location that told me I was misdiagnosed and that I shouldn’t be paying out a pocket for a basic restoration cleaning... read more

There is no coordination there they make you go through months and months of check ups, Pain and suffering. At the end when finally getting your dentures, they come up saying they did something wrong that I had. You had to pay more money out of your own pocket after your insurance and the financial service that was appointed to you to help you they not do their job.

I've been going to Jefferson Dental / The Smile Center at Park North for 3 years now and have always had a GREAT experience. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet and very helpful; the dental assistants are gentle, friendly, and attentive; the doctor is great; and I have always LOVED LOVED LOVED my hygienists.
