My move in process was very easy and the management communicated with me every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered I was able to move into my brand new clean apartment as soon as I moved out to Kentucky. The management and maintenance even gave me great recommendations on food places to try with me being brand new to the state. Been here 2 years, Love the apartments kids and pet friendly Love the manager she loves and cares for each of her tenants always there even after hours with anything that is needed. Maintenance responds quickly to any problem I would highly recommend moving here .
My friends boyfriend rented an apartment here. They was lied to about what apartment they would be in. Then they got into 2 arguments about why her boyfriend had to leave 3 different days to put money on his cash app to pay the manager on her personal cash app when there is clearly a website to pay it. The boyfriend was attacked by a dog that has attacked multiple people and the manager did nothing about it. The other residents are scared to death to live there. Steer clear of this apartment. I called management, after paying an application fee, to confirm that they received it. I applied on THEIR website. The NASTY, RUDE manager, whomever she is, replied with no professionalism, saying “no I didn’t”. So then I provide a screenshot of the payment, she says corporate received it, and she was going to email me another application to send in, since I’m not in the state to fill it out again.
