My first year here SUCKED! BED BUGS & HORRIBLE STAFF! 1000% DIFFERENT NOW. I appreciate the team Hope has now. China, Jas are AWSOME. Maintenance, Nathaniel is very curious and hard working. NEVER DISRESPECTFUL! Big difference to what we were subjected to before here. With PATIENCE this can be comfortable place. Drugs adicted & homeless humans are EVERYWHERE! Office is doing their best to safely correct these issues here.
Our family has been here for 2 years now. We have had nothing but helpful maintenance people and the new management is on top of everything as far as I can tell. They’ve been very polite and helpful if I have questions. Our children go to the schools near by which is extremely convenient and the bus comes here for the elementary pick up which is also fantastic. The location is very convenient. The tall maintenance man is rude as hell, he needs to stop harassing my son every time he sees him. Are you not professional people here? Because I can't tell..... Next time I see and hear him yelling like an idiot I'm calling the cops, we have our issues here with you, but you been harrassing us because YOU have a homeless problem. Living at this complex for 3 years was an extremely frustrating experience due to poor management and lack of accountability. Maintenance requests were consistently delayed — I went without functioning AC for nearly a year, and shortly after it was finally repaired, I was left without AC again for another two months before management addressed the issue.
