Living at this complex for 3 years was an extremely frustrating experience due to poor management and lack of accountability. Maintenance requests were consistently delayed — I went without functioning AC for nearly a year, and shortly after it was finally repaired, I was left without AC again for another two months before management addressed the issue. This is one of the worst places I have lived. I deeply regret moving my family here everyday we have to deal with the drugs being openly sold in the parking lot and homeless sleeping and setting fire to the dumpsters or the so called community grills they have on the property the homeless burn batteries in them to stay warm. We didn’t have heating or cooling for a whole year .. Currently I don’t have shower handles cause they broke over a year ago and they never do the work orders my whole family has been sharing one small s... read more

Been living here 6 months now. When I first contacted them they promised me an apartment based on my application approval on March 1st. We moved here from Las Cruces February 29th. We ended up spending hundreds on hotels because they said my apartment would be ready closer to the 7th and then I called on the 7th to find out "it wouldn't be ready any time soon". If I could do less than 1 star I would. You don't want to live here unless you want poor management, no pest control, and no maintenance. High prices for apartments not even worth half of what residents pay monthly. You won't find any quality here or help from any employee.
