I lived here in 2023 with my 2 kids. at the time I had a newborn and a 1yr. its kept flooding in my kitchen, sewage was coming up. I called for DAYS, every night it would flood. I had to take pots of water and dump them outside. I had to pile laundry at my kids door to soak up water to make sure it didn't get to them. No one EVER CAME.
Really really bad rent experience. $1436 for 2 bedrooms that have made my family consistently ill since moving in. Lack of maintenance, lack of management presence, lack of safety and security. There's holes in my floors under the carpet and fake wood. Bathtub is peeling and there's no fan in my bathroom or window which I'm pretty sure is illegal. This place is out of control. Managers threaten residents that if they do not like the fact they took the residence money to upgrade apartment then change there mind because apartment wasn’t going to be ready in time tears up the new lease and tells them if they do not like it she can evict them. The new manager telling residents to tell code enforcement that things were fixed when they were not. Just moved in to hear they let go the maintenance supervisor he was a good hard working man also to hear they are blaming him for whats going on here to my understanding and what I hear from tenants this property has been in bad shape before he came also hearing from tenants has been rude and disrespectful to there workers and tenants people in that office needs to humble themselves im hearing a whole lot also about the regional people I pray for each and everyone in that office tenants needs to take it to human resources
