8/16/26 lets see IF my bathroom sink gets unclogged the week. I did e service request a week ago. HOPEFULLY i wont have to report and file a complaint w/city. TRYINGMY BEST TO have PATIENCE!!!!!!! 7/31/26 AMAZING TURN AROUND IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME!!!! I AM IMPRESSED! NO MORE BEGGING TO PAY RENT! Office is FINALLY excepting money orders. I am giving 4 stars because no place is perfect, we have had some issues with the plumbing but that has been taken care of. There is a problem with tiny ants but that seems to be a seasonal issue. I have had no problem getting security out here when needed but it would be nice if security would make rounds at night since that is when the people on drugs try our door or hide out by the dumpster. Not perfect but believe me I have lived in far worse places

If I could give a zero star rating I would! My family has been here for 3 years, this is worst complex I have ever lived in. The management has changed 3 times since moving in and the problems have only gotten worse. The office is constantly closed without noticing the tentants. Sewage has actively been running for months in the parking lot. Sewage over flows throughout the whole complex IN APARTMENTS . If I could write a zero star review I would. My family and I moved into Mont 44 three years ago out of necessity and it’s had atleast three changes of ownership. Sewer line back ups flooded property whenever it rains and most of my neighbors have no ac. The only good thing is we have ac everything else you report to the office and it gets forgotten about or just ignored until the point that your belongings are getting damaged from property negligence.
