The customer service is Awful I have been calling two days in a row for them to fix my card because every time Debit card number on my card it’s a PayPal or Apple Pay it want go through then when you call them, they put you on the phone with someone I get the turn around or they ask the same Stupid questions

Went to the hueytown branch today to handle some checking issues and that's exactly what was happening Gary was the gentleman who we met and who definitely made the process easier. He handled all of our issues regarding questions we asked. He explained each step so we would have a better understanding of the situation we had. I just opened an account with this bank and I’m so pleased. The manager Beth is so kind and helpful. She was so patient and made sure to give me everything I needed. Along with some helpful information as to what we could do to help me with building my credit. I am very happy I decided to stop in and open an account. I am so pleased!
