Rude, slow, unhelpful
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Everyone I’ve ever talked to here is rude as hell, before and after they switched offices. They can’t get a damn thing done in a reasonable amount of time either. Waited 40 minutes just to refill my wic card and they still didn’t get around to it. Better off driving all the way to Rison where they care and the ladies are nice. Here they’ll just straight up ignore you and when they do finally acknowledge you there are RUDE.
Can I give zero stars Worse? Worse place to do your wic, for three days I been lied to and given the run around about getting my baby milk. For three days my baby went without milk I cannot go find in the stores and I had to given her apple juice for three days because she refused any other milk. I've called and went and was given the run around.. They tell you they going to call you back to buy them time until they close for the day and them the process starts again the next day with the run around.. The people are not help... read more
