Multiple phone calls since November about a Legionnaires Disease case and I have yet to receive a return phone call. This was reported to your department via the Medina County Health Department. Very poor follow through regarding public health!!
the great staff one of my very good friends is a nurse there and she is a wonderful intelligent nurse involved with the community her friends and family she's a good Soul a good human being and they absolutely wonderful nurse
