5 staff at JCHC saved my life today after I got stung by bees and I barely made it to the ER I was blue and I think they had me hooked up to a defibrillator! Afterwards, once my vision and everything was back, the nurse casually passes me a discount card from a pile they had and it saved me $350 off an epi pen! Hallelujah

Its our largest health care facility. Dr's are knowledgeable and friendly. Great for health maintenance, rehab. They also have an Urgent Care Clinic for needs thar can't wait, but are not life threatening. A lot of people walk the hall for exercise in cold or hot weather. Major surgeries are done both locally and at the University of Iowa. Most insurance are accepted.

My husband had a great experience until they "coded" his anesthesia wrong and billed us for it. Their billing department will not call us back. This procedure was a year ago. Have even reached out to the patient services department and have not been emailed or called back. I absolutely do not recommend getting a procedure done here!!!!!
